We started the walk from Goodmanham village car park, just before the Goodmanham Arms. Eight of us and Billy set off on this 7.5 miles circular, which was quite an easy route to follow. The weather changed a few times, but hardly worth putting waterproofs on, as some of us found out! William Bradley, England's tallest man on record at 7'9" is featured on an actual sized cut-out plaque, so you can have your photo taken along side. I've included a link to show full details of this and other interesting facts about the surrounding area. After about 3 hours walking, we arrived at the Goodmanham Arms for Sunday lunch, we booked it before the walk! This was excellent in every way, beer, food and atmosphere. I think we'll be back here shortly, we just need to find another close by walk! Here is the link: http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/sites/default/files/market_weighton_meander.pdf
