Our third Flamborough group walk in June 2017
Our traditional Summer walk to Flamborough was no disappoint with our fewer walkers than previous years, and for some that managed to see the rare Puffins an absolute delight!
Another glorious day began at the Lighthouse Cafe for breakfast, and as usual excellent quality and service was provided for us. We called at the Ship in the town for refreshments, and the North Landing cafe, which always has friendly staff and decent beer, ice cream and food. We did spend some time photographing Puffins among the many seagulls, testing out our telephoto lensed cameras to the max! Altogether, a very steady relaxing day, and the 9 miles seemed to glide by.
We went for our late afternoon tea back in the Lighthouse Cafe, yet again brilliant service and food. I was thinking this may be the last visit here for a while, and maybe try somewhere else next year, but Flamborough is hard to beat.
Below are our many photos taken by Paul and myself.......
